Experienced entrepreneurs and hi-tech engineers share their experience with those who make their first steps into the realms of startups.
Each lesson starts with an intimate talk and a long Q&A session. The remaining of the time is invested in working with the students on building their ideas into products.
The three chapters encapsulate core stages in product life-cycle. From a napkin to a business plan; Designing the user scenario and product wireframe; Prototyping and user testing.
Students asked to show results in front of the class for each of the core chapters. At the end we have a startup exhibit to external visitors.
Project management, time management, presentation and finding the right team memebers are a significant part of the course.

Running the course for the first time. On November 12th students exhibited their ideas at intel israel.
Students were really thankful for that experience and it was mind openning for them.
Four students of the first cycle already started working on a new innovation as a result of the course. More of them continue to push ideas they had before the course. One tries to duplicate the course plan into the academic environment he works at.
Our course is reminded a year after its finish date as a sign for a shift in the hi-tech community in Jerusalem.
